All of our instructors live to snowboard! and with a collective 42 years of snowboarding experience amongst our small, dedicated team of 5, we have plenty of knowledge to share.
Our snowboard instructors know the best spots on the mountain and will take you through any teaching progressions you need. If you feel like your riding has hit a plateau and you want to progress, we’ll help open your eyes and give your riding new direction.
Snowboarding is a fast evolving sport and it is our philosophy that teaching styles and techniques should evolve too. So you can be sure that a lesson with ES-Ride will reflect plenty of fresh snowboarding ideas.

Our aim for every beginner lesson is for you to catch the snowboarding bug! Enjoyment is the key, gradually building confidence at your own rate, whilst installing a solid basic technique which will serve you throughout your snowboarding
With a good grounding in basic technique, your Snowboarding possibilities really start to open up:
Whether you are already ripping around the park or making your first tentative steps to leaving the ground, we can teach you something new. Snow parks can be intimidating places, so we can first show you the basics on the slopes. From there onwards it is up to you; whether you want to hit the jumps, the rails and boxes or learn how to use natural hits around the mountain and throw in a few flat land tricks. Our off-piste qualified instructors know the mountain like the back of their hands! Snowboarding in powder is one of the best sensations you’ll ever experience. Not only can we show you the correct techniques and handy tip, but we also know where to find the best snow, whilst keep you safe far from the beaten track. Before taking you into the mountain we can advise you on picking the right snowboard for you to make sure you get the most out your day in Verbier’s incredible mountains
It’s great to see kids getting into Snowboarding from an earlier and earlier age. At ES-Ride we recognise kids learn the most when they are having fun and feeling safe. We have worked hard on developing teaching techniques especially for youngsters ensuring they catch the snowboarding bug from their first go!
